Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation / Shipment :

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system. If your items are in stock we will process the order and ship within 48 hours. Many of our styles are made to order and will take 5-10 days to produce and ship.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our headquarters to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you have any concerns about this order please contact littlemindservice@outlook.com

 

Cancellations:

Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. If more than 24 hours have passed and you wish to cancel your order please refer to our return policies for returning the merchandise back to us once you receive it. Please note there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on special / custom orders. 

 

Returns / Exchanges :

All items are subject to store credit and exchange until 7 days after the item is received by the customer. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. Returns are subject to approval by LittleMind within these 7 days. Please contact littlemindservice@outlook.com to immediately address your request of exchange/return. If your item is eligible for return we will then issue you a return authorization code and shipping details. Discounted items are eligible for exchange or online store credit only. Custom pieces and shipping are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. In the event of a valid exchange/return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved for returning the item. 

 

Lost Packages:

In the event your package gets lost in transit, we will make every effort we can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery address that is safe and secure.
